Important breakfast work. A ginger shot, fresh mint tea, and scrambled eggs.
Miso pickled garlic prep. An annual tradition. The hardest part is peeling all the garlic! Blanch and cool the garlic cloves, then just layer with dark miso mixed with mirin until you fill a jar. Cover and let sit for a couple weeks, or months, or ye
