Muhammara
Ingredients
1 12-oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and seeded
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp pomegranate molasses
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
Method
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth but still somewhat textural, similar to hummus.
